Stop Chrome's Intrusive Autoplay

If you use Google Chrome you can prevent videos from auto-playing, and you should as these auto-plays are annoying as flies.

So open Google Chrome and type the following in the URL bar:

 chrome:/flags/#autoplay-policy

Set it to "Document user activation is required."

Now videos won't autoplay anymore. Whoo-hoo!
